The unit was very accommodating having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances all worked well. We did not use the washer and dryer, but it was very convenient having them in the unit. The view from the balcony was very nice of the very beautiful beach. I understand the concept of having mirrors to make the unit look bigger, but there were way too many. I opted to do the mobile check-out using the app on my phone and left the keys in the unit. After we left I got a call from the front office saying that I should have brought the keys to the office. I thought the purpose for a mobile check out was for a contact-less process. Please clarify that in the check-out procedures so that others don't make my mistake. Thanks!

Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Well-maintained facility and competent and friendly reception. Beach area including deck chairs looked after and well maintained.

Condominium kept very clean.

It is surprising that the locking mechanism on the balcony door has not been repaired even after more than a year.
Dishes, cutlery and glasses should be purchased new and sorted better. Six identical pieces of each would be desirable. Certain furnishings are getting old.

Nevertheless we will come back.

We love the House the Sun and its location. Property Management team is great to work with! However we feel very strongly that our unit is over priced for what it offers. It is extremely outdated compared to other units we have seen and the kitchen needs a lot more accommodations for cooking (more utensils, pans, casserole dishes, etc.)

Overall condo was fine,however a couple off issues to note main cable box was broken the remote was disgusting. Bedroom TV had to be fixed by me. For the money we spent on this condo you would think umbrellas would be provided but you have to rent them.

This was our second stay at HOS. While the view of the gulf was better from this unit that last year's unit, this unit is dated, and the TV situation was worse (no HD channels, and TV in great room is small for the room size). I submitted that and other concerns on the questionnaire sheet to the office staff upon our departure.

We have stayed at House of the Sun for the last 5 years and we've been in various units but this one was our favorite! The view of the ocean is outstanding!

We really enjoyed the holidays at the House of the Sun - this is the fourth time. We love the location right on a great, fine sandy beach. The apartment was perfect for us and had all the amenities we needed. Accommodation and facility was clean and well maintained. We will come back.

House of Sun was beautiful. Well maintained and clean. The beach and access was clean and the pool was warm and inviting. The condo was beautiful with stainless appliances, granite counters,dishwasher, disposal, all the things you needed including coffee pot, pots,pans,dishes, beautiful artwork, pieces of the ocean displayed in a glass hutch that you could use with stemware available as well. The double doors access to balcony which opened completely on both sides with screens. You had the option to leave open and hear and see the ocean 24/7. There were privacy shades, beautiful and comfortable furniture. I cant explain just how awesome this condo and views of the ocean in just a few words. I would also like to say thank you to Allison the manager I think. She was incredible and made us feel so welcomed and accommodated and explained everything in great detail. Allison is amazing. Whomever owns this property lives the finer and affordable things in life. Thank you so very much. We are already planning our next trip to House of Sun. Again, absolutely amazing staff and condos. You won't regret your stay. Oh, I almost forgot! Access to the best restaurants within walking distance. Allison even recommended a restaurant we tried it and loved it. I also recommend Turtle Beach Grille. Amazing and beautiful island....

Nice over all. But the condo needs some updating and repairs. The appliances old and rusty. Cabinet in bathroom didn’t stay closed should have basic needs available like soap and towels and dishwasher laundry detergent. They advertised gulf front but really was not. And there is guest parking but then security tells you you can’t park there For the price of the week rental. Expected a little more love and amenities. Would not recommend to any one to stay here

The location of the condo was wonderful, great view of the gulf! Very outdated kitchen and master bedroom.

Would definitely go back but would stay on the north side. Construction on the south side is so loud. Wakes you up early and can't enjoy time on the balcony. Wasn't warned so a somewhat disappointed. Paid for a view but couldn't enjoy the balcony and listened to construction noise all day.

Great room that was clean. Construction was a little loud but we have a 1year old that loves big trucks so it worked out well.

Very good, great room great place to stay. I had this room in 2020 obviously that didn’t work because of COVID-19, so we got it this year. Wondering why couldn’t get it for 2022 but got another room but view is not as good.

We had a great stay at the House of Sun! The unit we stayed in 511 was perfect. Great space and amenities! Felt like we were at home!

Very beautiful unit and view. Easy access to elevator or sun deck and then right to the beach. Unit was nice and clean. Front desk staff could have been friendly but I wouldn't say they were rude. Overall I have already recommended House of Sun. It was an amazing trip.
