Cancellation Policy
a. If reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival, $300 will be refunded to guest, and $200 will be retained by House of the Sun as an administrative charge.
b. If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival all monies received by House of the Sun will be retained. If the agent can rent the unit for the same period, all monies retained will be returned to guest minus the $200 administrative charge.
c. All cancellations must be received in writing.
d. House of the Sun is contractually obligated to the Owners of the properties you have rented, and our Owner/Management contracts do not provide refunds for "Acts of God" or conditions that are out of our control.
