Second time staying in this unit and we loved it! Very tastefully decorated, clean, and great view of the ocean. Will definitely be coming back!

Nice experience. Unit is showing its age but still very comfortable.
Master bed needs replacement as the foundation makes a lot of noise when turning. Great location. Lots of music being played across the street at the Crescent Club. We enjoyed it, but some guests complained that the noise lasted well past the noise ordinance time of 10 PM.

Stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and what we needed. The staff were engaging and very friendly. Beach was right at our front door. The pool was heated which was nice for the days that were a little cooler. overall great experience.
The only problem was with the dishwasher that appeared to be older and the rack had black spots on it. We did a load of dishes and they didn't come out clean. Hand washed from that point on.

House of the Sun was awesome! Even after surviving not 1 but 2 hurricanes they had everything that was possible up and running!!!

House of the Sun is a perfect location and well-maintained. We loved the addition of the pickleball court!

We had a fabulous time! The view was spectacular

This was our second year to vacation in Siesta Key and our new favorite destination! We even stayed in the same condo both times. I urge anyone to make a trip there because you will keep going back! House of the Sun is close to everything!

I had an incredible stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, right on the water. My family and I enjoyed our time there. I would definitely recommend it.

House of the Sun is a fantastic place to stay! The condo is as close to the beach as you can be, location is excellent being so close to Captain Curt's and other restaurants, and the facilities are great too. The unit we stayed in was very clean when we arrived, was fully stocked with everything we could have needed during our stay, and had a great view of the water even being on the side of the building. Would highly recommend and hope to return soon.

I have been vacationing here for 40 years and my family is never disappointed.
Beautiful beach, convenient location, friendly staff and small complex at quiet end of the key.

The access to the beach from House of the Sun is easy and convenient. The unit was comfortable and we had no problems. The unit could use a little refreshing, but overall we had everything we needed and had an enjoyable week. We loved walking across the street for ice cream at the Orange Octopus!

Perfect location for a relaxing vacation. We have stayed at the House of the Sun for many years although we have not been there for the past 6 years. If you do not want to leave the key I suggest that you do whatever grocery shopping you need for your stay. There are restaurants that you can walk to for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Convenience store is across the street for beverages. Drug store and souvenir shopping across the street. This is the first time we have been at House of the Sun since the bars across the street have added live music. It was quite loud until about 10:30 but that was not a problem.

We loved our unit. Comfy beds and clean! The kitchen could use more utensils if you cook a lot of complex meals but nonetheless, we didn’t book for the kitchen. I suggest turning the washer /dryer the correct direction, it is difficult to do laundry sideways. That’s all, great stay! Thx!

We really enjoyed unit #510. It was up to date and had great views. HOS was fantastic as usual. The complex was very clean, in great shape and the staff was very helpful.

We have stayed in several different condo units in House of Sun over the years. We loved the view from this unit, being closer to the beach was was well equipped, updated.Some of the decor is a bit tired and could be replaced.Its location to restaurants, grocery store and cute shops is perfect!

We come each year to House of Sun. Consistently a great place! We did notice the lower chairs for beach sitting has diminished greatly. Carpet in hall ways seems dirty-but not keeping me from returning.

We had an enjoyable 4 night stay at House of the Sun, unit #510. The location is excellent, a short distance from I-75, and a few paces to the beach. House of the Sun is as advertised, with a helpful staff, clean facilities, and within a short walk to restaurants, and shops. We will return for a future stay.

We have great time staying in House Of the Sun for many years

Great unit! I've stayed in several over the years, this was the best. My only complaint is the hall bathroom. Toilet was not totally secure to the floor and didn't flush well at all.

Other than the first day we had a great stay. Our room door wouldn't unlock after check-in. Had to wait about an hour for someone to help get us in our room. Beautiful beach with plenty of lounge chairs and regular chairs for beach use. The pool was very nice as well.
