This beautiful newly renovated gulf view unit located on the Gulf of Mexico has beautiful views of gorgeous Crescent Beach in Siesta Key, Florida.
This two-bedroom unit is bright and cheerful with its charming beach décor. This unit sleeps five with a king bed in the master with on-suite full master bath with granite. Full and twin beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have wall mounted smart TV’s. There is a second full bath with granite. The living area has a flat panel smart TV. The dining table seats six. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Tile floors throughout. A private furnished balcony gives you your own special place to relax and enjoy this paradise.

The condo was clean and the location excellent. A few minor problems. The washer had mold. The patio window did not lock. The secondary bedroom window did not open. The patio furniture was too big and in disrepair. The chairs were torn where u could not even sit in two of them. The table was so big only one person could be on the patio at a time in the morning. For the money we paid I would have expected more. People working there were perfect.

This past week we stayed at House of the Sun. We first went to HOS in 1984 with three young children, and now I am taking my grandchildren. We love the location, amenities and the office staff is professional and easy to work with. The property is a bit aged (the elevators) but well maintained and what we expect. Nice updated key fobs, good grills, great job managing the beach chairs, and of course the tennis/pickle ball court is a plus!!!

It was a great experience weather was good except for the rain and storms. In the unit there was a big scratch behind a chair in the living room. Other than that it was great.

Unit 507 at House of the Sum is a great place to stay for a week! The new appliances are a treat to renters, and the second bedroom having a double bed as well as a twin is a bonus. The decorating in the unit is well done, as well as the little extras (games, toys, etc) that are there. This unit is one of our favorites!!

This was our 3rd trip to House of the Sun on Siesta Key and not once have we been anything less than impressed. The location can't be beat, all the neighbors are so friendly, and the staff is wonderful. We can't wait to come back again, 5 stars!!
