Very good.

Great location, close to bars, eating ,can get trolley and go down to village shops and restaurants. Beautiful condo, very clean and cozy,comfy bed in master suite. Great view. Had a wonderful time with family of 4. Will be back!

Overall the place was clean, spacious and perfect for a family of four. Just beware if you have kids that go to bed before 10pm you can hear the live music from across the street every night until 10pm. If I knew that beforehand I would not stay towards the street side of the building.

Our stay was great. The check in/out process is quick and simple. The location of the property is perfect. The rules for the beach chairs is a bit disappointing as we traveled with a large group and were not allowed to move the chairs around

We enjoyed our time in this condo. Very bright and clean, with everything we needed. Loved the view, too! We will definitely be back and would recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful place to stay. Staff is exceptional and works hard to insure renters are satisfied.

Unit was a little dated. Only couple minor problems with ice maker and garbage disposal that they fixed quickly. Noise being closed to midnight pass not bad at all.. location very convenient.

Relaxing fun in the Sun

We had a wonderful vacation at this facility. The condo was very clean and updated and had everything we needed (so much so that my wife was afraid she was going to have to cook. Lol!) We were especially pleased with the fact that after being there a week, the maids came in and changed our bedding and brushed up the place. That was very much appreciated.

All good as usual in the HOS , but, since the chairs and umbrellas became a business ,and the tents were banned not so friendly out there anymore . Forgetting your “chair pass” can make the umbrella police not happy. Summers are getting hotter and the tents make a difference , this should be reviewed , maybe enforce take down before sunset , or any other thing , but banning them and charging for the umbrellas , not cool

We enjoy the stay every year. Love the features and cleanliness of the apartment. Staff is very helpful. Would recomend comlex.

We stayed in condo 501GS. We had a side view of the ocean. The condo had everything we needed, and you cannot ask for a better location. It's right on the beach and close to many great restaurants.

House of the Sun is a wonderful condo complex and perfect location in Siesta Key. Especially like the new policy of only allowing umbrella set up versus rows of tents. Condo was the cleanest I have ever experience in my 20+ years of visits. Only improvement needed is a new washer/dryer. Other than that, extremely satisfied with our stay.

As always the House of the Sun provides an excellent setting for our family vacation. We had 4 units on the 5th floor. Three were excellent. The 4th seemed to have an installer (dishwasher) or maintenance man there every day. Very disruptive.
It was awesome to see that the local properties have worked to secure their private beaches!!!

We were lucky to find a cancellation at House of the Sun for our last minute trip to Siesta Key. We had never stayed here before but our friends had. Place was very nice and close to everything. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was so clean and very nice unit.The only thing that I was not happy about is they have built a new hotel and it does affect the view. You can still see a good part of ocean but the pictures online aren’t updated.

Beautiful rental, great customer service, and gorgeous beach. Food and cocktails right across the street.

We stay here every couple of years and I've found no reason to not return.

Great stay and very clean. Great views of the Gulf of Mexico and very conveniently located to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, groceries, gift shops, and ice cream. Would definitely stay again.

5th floor hugely spacious condo directly on beach. Sun loungers provided on beach which not all properties offer. Big plus is the distance to the water across the sand. A shorter walk to the water makes beach set up easier. Dining and shops across the street from condo you can easily walk to. Completely secured building even to use elevators.

Loved the condo at house of the sun in siesta key! It was very clean and had everything we could want. it was within walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and the grocery. We did rent a car but did not have to use it very much. Would definitely try to rent the same condo again in the future.
