This was mine and my family's 2nd stay at house of the sun but in a different room. The view, as always, is the main reason I book with them. You just can't beat the beautiful view of the beach and gulf. The room itself was very clean and spacious. Some of the outlets in the 2nd bedroom didn't work even after turning on all the switches, which upset my son, heaven forbid he couldn't charge his phone next to the bed..and the mattresses on the beds seemed old and lumpy and not very comfortable but that isn't really important in my opinion. We did have a problem with a non functioning living room ceiling fan and the first night we had an unexpected visit from some very large cockroaches but when I went to the front desk to tell them of it they were quick to apologize and correct the situation. All in all it was a wonderful vacation and I would definitely stay there again.

Our family enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from the condo, onsite pickleball court, beach side seating and umbrellas, and the convenient location. Restaurants, shops and groceries within walking distance. Everything at HOS was perfect. One thing to consider, we stayed during the peak of Spring Break, the week before Easter, and there were a LOT of high school aged kids partying into the early morning. HOS’s security did a good job to make sure it didn’t bother guests on site. Lots of spring breakers gathered out on the beach late at night and the police made several appearances there. Just be aware if traveling during spring break to expect typical spring break activity. Even still, we had a fantastic week and highly recommend HOS.

We LOVE the condo that we rented 413GF. Sun all day long from the balcony, sunsets, no one above you. This unit and the entire building and grounds are meticulously clean. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Beautiful beach! Management very responsive.

We absolutely loved our 2 weeks at House of the Sun! The view from our Gulf Front condo was spectacular. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The entire property is perfectly maintained and the staff are extremely responsive to any requests. Many restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Our January weather was sunny and averaged 70 degrees.

Our stay at House of the Sun was very nice! We enjoyed the view and condo. Everyone was very pleasant.

We used to go to house of the sun every year, because you feel you are like at home, nice and fully equipped apartments, very responsive team, nice private beach

Unfortunately the ice maker and water dispenser weren't working upon our arrival and it took until Friday to get it repaired, which was inconvenient. Also we were very unfortunate to be there during red tide which made it impossible to spend time at the beach. No fault of HOS, just bad luck for us.

As a child we stayed at the House of Sun and I recently started coming back and just love this place. The rental this time was located on the left side facing the beach. I usually stay on the side where I can watch the sunset. You can always watch the sunset from the top of the building or on the beach. There is construction going on next to the rental but that wasn’t really a deal breaker. But overall we loved the rental. Beautiful and clean.

Everything was great. Enjoyed our time in this unit. Have stayed many times at House of the Sun and we always have had a great experience!

Condo was exactly as advertised, excellent location right on the beach with a great view! Very clean, plenty of linens provided. On-site management made check in and out a breeze. Easily walkable to bars/restaurants/groceries. We would definitely stay here again!
