The unit was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We like to cook in a couple times, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had one small issue with tropical storm, and maintenance responded quickly. Office staff are also helpful HoS is a great place. We will be back!

This was a great experience. Beautiful unit with a balcony overlooking the gulf. Everything that you needed to enjoy our stay here. Our adult grand children said it was the perfect spot right in the middle of all the best eats, entertainment and beach. Already booked for next year.

We had a great stay. The accommodations were everything that we could hope for. The unit was clean and when we called for an issue with a maintenance issue, someone came right up to fix the problem. The grounds were great and our family had a wonderful trip.

Our unit was modern and well kept. The furniture is comfortable. The unit was supplied adequately + with what is needed. The ocean view is perfect from the livingroom window/patio.There are two sets of elevators so no long waits to use it. The maintenance staff was helpful - even over and above what is needed. The office staff was personable and helpful. I love the location, walking distance to restaurants, shop, etc.

Unit 412 provides a gorgeous view of the beach and the gulf. A heated pool is a great place to relax and soak up the sun. The House of Sun provides easy access to restaurants and the free local trolley to provides transportation to the entire island. A dream vacation!

This is an amazing condo! The location is absolutely perfect, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking, especially during sunset. It's right off the beach and the convenience of begin able to go up to the condo and down to the beach couldn't be more perfect. The place was very nice and clean with a full kitchen and tons of amenities including a pool, game room, tennis court, and a grill to bbq for the nights you just want to relax by the pool and eat dinner. It is right in the downtown area and in walking distance to multiple restaurants but also tucked away enough to be able to quietly relax without a bunch of people around. The private beach is never crowded and the sand is pure white and the softest you will ever feel, its not rated the #1 beach in the world for no reason so I suggest finding out for yourself. This is our favorite place to vacation and we tell our our friends about our "secret spot." We absolutely love it and plan on coming next year and the year after that as long as we can! Thank you so much for the amazing stay, we couldn't be happier!!
