Great time - even with the 2 days in the beginning. But we had fun with our boys and their girls and their boys.

Perfect place for vacation. Walk across the street to small grocery, restaurant, ice cream, beach needs, and shipping. Been coming here since the 90s.

Everything great except for the matress in the master bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was lovely. Beautiful view from the living room of the beach and gulf. We evacuated for 2 days due to Hurricane Idalia and mgt. was great. We returned after the hurricane and enjoyed the rest of our stay. Mgt. went above and beyond to make our stay safe and enjoyable.

Return visit to House of the Sun, second in 6 months, with hopefully many more to come. The location is great, a quiet end of the beach, with plenty of amenities nearby. The unit itself was clean and nicely decorated with a nice view of the beach and water. Low key, not too much noise, with laid back vibe.

Our condo was beautiful, the view was amazing and the location is conveniently located across from restaurants.

The stay at unit 410 was great! The property was well maintained as usual, the people at the office were friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect. The couch was creaky and can use to be replaced. The view from this unit is good.

We had a wonderful time. Management is friendly and professional. The condo was clean and comfortable. We could view the beach and the Gulf while sitting on the couch.

From the views to the friendly staff it’s overall a amazing place for a getaway, will be coming back.

It was very clean and neat when we checked in. The apartment is nicely appointed and decorated very beachy. Very comfortable and inviting.

Condos are very dated!! Good location but think they are starting to get over priced compared to what is around them and the condition of other Condos

House of the Sun was a recommendation from a good friend. Each condo is different and ours was absolutely beautiful. It felt like home. The furniture was comfortable, the bed and pillows, as well, which is always important! I love the way the owners decorated it. We own a condo In Maine on the ocean and I took pictures to bring home with me I will be redecorating soon! The only thing that I will say yes this was our first trip in January and I would not go at this time again. We only got about five days on the beach or by the pool during our 13 days there. It was simply too chilly with the temperatures ranging from mid 60s to mid 70s when of course we were outside. Also, the location was a little bit too crowded for us even though it’s not, some what we were told, not too bad while we were there. As far as the accommodations I have nothing negative to say at all. We were more than happy and if we do come back it would more than likely be in October with our friends. Thank you so much for a delightful time! Although we didn’t spend time or not a lot on the beach there are many other things to do.

We were very disappointed, however, that the grills had been vandalized prior to our stay and there was only one burner on one grill that worked. Having purchased and brought a lot of meat to grill for our extended family vacation, this was difficult. Many people expressed their anger as we all had to wait hours for the one burner. We asked the office to buy a new grill but they said some were on order and they had no idea when they were going to come in.

We loved staying in unit 410. The room was clean and the staff were wonderful! We will be returning next summer for sure.

And the one point we had the most trouble with was the washer and dryer. They took forever! Other than that the furnishings of the condo were first rate and would definitely stay again.
