This bright Floridian condo boasts a Key West theme. There is tiled floor throughout. The fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms have granite countertops with a tumbled marble shower enclosure in the guest bathroom. The ensuite has an oversized shower head. The living room has new comfy chesterfields with a LG55" flatscreen smart TV and stereo. The unit will sleep 6 comfortably with a queen sized pullout in the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed with two twin beds in the guest room. All beds have new mattresses to enjoy a goodnight's sleep to get ready for you next beach day. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space and wall mounted flatscreen TV's and DVD players. Ceiling fans are in each bedroom and living room. The unit has its own washer and dryer. From the balcony, you can enjoy the ocean view on beautiful Crescent Beach. In addition, cable, internet and free phone calls to anywhere in North America are included.

we have stayed in this unit (408) for 4 years now and enjoy the unit. It is always clean and serves our purpose well. The only wish I have is that the owner purchase a new television that has a larger screen and is HD quality. I have visited several units and they all have updated televisions. If this is not addressed I will look for a different unit for my future visits.

Very Nice as always. Lodging was equivalent to the value paid. Staff was helpful and friendly. Wish the owner would update the Television in the main room. Non HD TV is very dated.
408 GV at House of the Sun Is a fantastic unit. Very clean and spacious. Up to date and everything you need and more! Highly recommend it. We will be back.
