House Of The Sun #312GV

We have been coming to Siesta Key and staying at the House of the Sun for 5 years. This was the first year that we were able to have one of our children and their family stay with us. As usual we had a great vacation.

Just wonderful.Perfect location and the weather cooperated. I liked the new landscaping around the pool.

Absolutely beautiful unit! The view was amazing, very clean, updates were tastefully done. We had an issue with the master bedroom tv and it was addressed immediately. The gentlemen who came to fix it was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We had a great stay at House of the Sun. Room was clean and well kept.

This was our third vacation at House of the Sun, planning our fourth. Perfect location, great views, nice pool and close to the beach.

This was by far one of the best vacations our family has ever taken. Our unit was clean, the view was awesome we couldn’t see sunset but wasn’t a big deal because there are two sun decks to choose from or the beach. Everything was in walking distance, except the blvillage was a bit of a hike for kids. Everything was honestly 5 star except for the glass tables that my son literally sliced his toe open. We love siesta and will always stay at house of sun but they just have to get rid of the glass tables.

We very much enjoyed our stay at House of the Sun the week of Nov 13th. It was the first time that we had visited in November and very much enjoyed the slower pace than what we normally see In February.

We always have a great vacation at the House of the Sun! Its location is close to everything, beach, restaurants, grocery store, and shops. The rooms and building is well maintained. Customer service is easy to talk to and helpful! We have recommended many family and friend's to stay there!

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We love the location and the very walkable area. No need to fight traffic. Everything you need is close by. Staff are pleasant and quickly resolve any issue that may arise. Our favorite beach vacation for sure. Easy check in and check out.

It was fantasy Island and the weather was perfect.
We spent 8 hours on the beach each day.

The unit was very easy to find, ideally located near the elevator. Everything was clean, organized and spacious for a family of four. I would say the beds do need upgrades, new beds pleases they are dated. The view and very good sized balcony was a welcomed treat every morning and throughout the day to relax and enjoy the view of the highly rate beach. The office staff were always welcoming, helpful and responsive to our questions, they were always just 1 phone call away. The maintenance staff were also very approachable, upon our arrival one of the building staff was very kind to retrieve a luggage cart for us and deliver it right to our car, he made us feel right at home.

Overall excellent stay. No problems with check in despite arriving after hours. Unit 312 was super clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped. Common areas were clean, easy access to beach, pool, parking, local restaurants and shops super close. Great location with easy access off island. Office staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend, will definitely stay here again next trip to Siesta Key!
