Excellent place ,, and always has been.

House of Sun is by far the best place to stay in southwest FL. We have been going for the past 15 years. We love the location/ beach and the unit we stay in each year. It has all the comforts of home. We are usually joined by friends and family who also stay in 5 separate units. For this reason, we especially enjoyed the new grills, ice machine (in recreation room) and the new island with Bluetooth (in the patio area). It gave us the opportunity to grill out with the group and celebrate my granddaughters high school graduation. We were also able to have a group brunch one morning. The condo is right across the street from Sniki Tiki which has karaoke on Tuesday and Thursdays. Great fun for the entire family. Captain Curt’s is also right across the street. Can’t beat their clam chowder. I can’t say enough good things about our experience each year. It’s just 10 days of pure fun and relaxation. Finally, I will close by saying management specifically Justin is the bomb. HOS would not be what it is without him.

House of the Sun condominiums are always clean and furnished well. Great place to stay (about 30 years for us).

It was a great weekend - Memorial Day from fri Thru til Tuesday
The weather was perfect sun every day and a comfortable breeze. Condo was clean and comfortable and it was great to have washer dryer right in your own condo - wish it was available for July 4th week!!!

We were very happy with the property and our room. My only complaint is that people were smoking cigars while in the pool, which is disgusting. I was not aware that we could have called security until the next day. Next time I’ll know.

The room was very nice, the staff hospitable as always, and the weather was great.

wonderful condo very nice and great beach experience

This area of Florida is beyond beautiful and fun. This condominium in particular is the perfect location to enjoy it! We have gone to other places but keep coming back to House of the Sun. Every detail of stay was easy and relaxing, from check in to check out and the fun in between! We will be back yet again!

House of the sun is the perfect location and comfort for your visit to siesta key. Right on the beach and condo has everything you need.
