This was our first time renting a condo and our first time in Siesta Key. This place was PERFECT!!! Every amenity we needed, clean, perfect location, friendly people, it was PERFECT!

Perfect location. Beautiful beach, walk to bars and restaurants. The unit we stayed in could use some maintenance.

Very nice unit with a comfortable sofa bed we utilized. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. Can’t beat the location, could stay without a rental car. Nice pool, right on the beautiful Crescent Beach, good restaurants within walking distance.

The condo was super clean and nicely decorated. Very convenient to beach, pool, and activities. Location was great!

Our condo was not clean upon arrival, food left in kitchen, primary bathroom shower not clean with used soap and toiletries left from previous renters. I reported to office the following day (Monday) and we were promptly assigned cleaning staff to clean the condo. The kitchen ceiling looks like it is in need of repair (declined from previous year). Of course loved the beach and location! Exterior of building looked great. Inside condo needs to look nice and be cleaned particularly given significant rise in price next year.

Enjoyed our stay. Were there for grandsons wedding on beach. Grand experience. Having all amenities on one property was great.

Allison in the office is very nice and efficient. Great being on the beach and close to the Crescent Club, Claytons, Toasted Mango and a short trolly ride to Gabbianos ans Flavios. great food

We had a great time at this condo. It is clean and very close to the beach. There is a new building being built nearby so it was very loud with construction equipment. We also received telemarketing calls on the landline almost daily.

UNIT WAS CLEAN AND ONLY HAD A FEW NOT LIKES ITEMS

It was wonderful! Condo was very clean. Right on the beautiful ocean. Shopping, bars and restaurants in walking distance.

Always a beautiful, comfortable stay. Very close to the beach, great food, and fun night life. Great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy life.

From checking in to departure our stay was wonderful! Everything was clean & modern and the manager & assistant was always very helpful!

My family of four had a nice stay at this condo. It was very clean and well supplied. The light in the master bath was annoying as it took several flicks of the switch to get it to work. I do think beach towels should be provided. The pool area is nice but we spent most of our time on the beach. There were enough chairs everyday for us. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo fully equipped right on the beach! Wonderful staff, perfect location close to shops,bars, restaurants, and water sport rentals. Everything is right there! Beach chairs provided by House of the Sun. Ocean was amazing and pool enjoyed by all.
