Our condo had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the place was perfectly spotless when we arrived. The view from our room was wonderful. I'd like to see the living room furniture updated as well as the TV. The TV picture was small with poor quality. The sofa's didn't have a foot rest and the recliner is a bit beat up. The paper products were also poor quality so you may want to bring your own.

Great Location, view. Very responsive staff. Great outdoor space, pool, beach service. Nice furnishings and amenities. Minor issues with leaking shower and closet doors off track.

We had a great time with plenty of room for 4 people in this condo. The absolute only thing missing was a hair dryer. I did not call the office and mention it though and probably could have without issue. The beach attendant was wonderful and the views amazing! Everything you need is walking distance.

We have thoroughly enjoyed this property for many years. The office staff, maintenance crew and the housekeeping team keeps this little gem running smoothly.
Location is perfect. Walk to restaurants, post office, pharmacy and a grocery store. Trolley stop is close to hop on hop off.

Unit was Great no Problems. But to only allow only 2 beach chairs for 4 people in the unit is not FAIR or make any sense

Loved the condo, the view, and the pool. Perfect for 4 of us. Planning out next trip and hoping to stay here again.

Was fine, however, I was ill a good portion of time which hampered our stay. Unit was clean except for living room floor. Sox and bare feet were dirty.

Great stay, great location. Great view of the gulf& beach. Very nice, clean unit. Nicely decorated. I plan to book the same unit again, in the near future. The resort is in a good location for restaurants, drug store, convenience store, shopping... All within walking distance. No hair dryer, but the office provided one. Red tide was an issue during our stay, but can't help that. Pool provided us a place to sunbathe and keep cool.

Pros: close to the beach, good security, nice commons area and a fantastic location on Siesta Key.
Cons: we were told our unit slept six and when we arrived there were only beds for four. I had to ask in the office and we were given a blow up mattress to use. Also the units are skimpy on supplies: only two rolls of toilet paper for six people for a week!

Place had everything we needed. Assigned parking right next to elevator. Oldest son wanted to be where the action was, pulled up to live music right across the street. Beautiful sunsets. Great vacation. Bring your own beach towels and the front desk has tennis and pickle ball to borrow.

Rental 214 House of the Sun was just what we need for a break from the cold weather up north! Condo was nicely appointed, updated bathrooms, kitchen was supplied with everything you could need for cooking, beds were comfy and the beach view was perfect. The complex felt very safe ... you were supplied with a key fob to access elevators and the complex grounds to the pool. Steps from the beach with supplied loungers. Great place to watch the sunset from the beach or the 4th and 5th floor setting area. The location was perfect .... 3 eateries/bars/coffee and gift shop directly across the street, Annie's Deli had great sandwiches, there was a small ice cream shop and Nutritiously You (healthy eatery) located in a small strip mall nearby, small supermarket a block away AND the Siesta Key FREE trolly ran up and down the road .... great to take to the SKB Village and Turtle Beach. My only negative comment .. and this was my fault ... we flew in early on a Sunday .. the office is not open on Sunday so we had to take our luggage with us as check in is not until 3, but Justin notified us immediately as our room was ready!

Very comfortable unit. Well decorated. Well stocked kitchen, however no dish soap provided. Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Great view and short walk to the beach. Great to have assigned garage parking-keeps the car cool plus no need to search for a spot.
All units have an ocean view!
