condo was nice other than fact that previous renters had left their pillows on masterbed and i was not aware they belonged to somone and i slept on them plus there was bag of dirty clothes in room. the next day the maid came for those things plus the bedspread was filthy which she removed

This is our second 4th of July at House of the Sun - we came back again because last year was so great and it didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend to families with kids as it is super convenient for hitting the beach and just a great experience all around.

The condo was very nice and clean. Beautiful view for coffee in the mornings on the balcony. Nice to have a double bed with a twin in the second bedroom. Close to restaurants and bars. Trolley stop across the street. We will be returning for another visit! Highly recommend.

We have stayed at HOS for many years now and have never been disappointed.
Perfect location, right on the beach and near everything you need within walking distance or a free trolly ride away. Condo 213GV was very nice with updated kitchen. I would stay there again.

We had a enjoyable week , the location was perfect. We appreciated that we could conveniently walk to the grocery store or the coffee shop. There were many close restaurants to choose from. The beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our walks to Siesta Key Village for breakfast or dinner and the the trolly ride home. The condo was well maintained and very clean. The view of the ocean from the porch was wonderful. We will definitely be back.
