This condo is very spacious. Very clean and fully equipped

The beach is amazing as always. Great for families. We had rented 5 units in total. Each unit had pros and cons. All around every unit was acceptable. Our unit 207 GS was tired and needs major upgrade. Very old decor and so much junk everywhere. If they would organize the kitchen and closets you could utilize the space more efficiently. The floor was slippery. Not sure what cleaning product they use but my 2 year old grand daughter slipped. They did not provide dish soap or enough garbage bags. Come on house of sun, provide people with basics.

Staff was fine but would not say over friendly. Again if you are in the hospitality business be more friendly.

The pool is adequate. We were there in May which was less crowded. I can’t imagine how crowded during spring break. We always got a chair at pool and water was warm for babies. We each had two beach chairs per unit which is nice. You do have to be out there at 7 AM with your room tags to get chairs.

Grills are nice as we cooked out a few times. Costco, Walmart and Publix not to far if you have a car. They have a rec room right next to grills if want to eat inside. Also had plenty of tables outside.

Location is best part. You can walk everywhere. Trolley to the village if needed.

Some rooms are way better than others but house of sun should make sure owners provide a certain standard for rooms. Pictures don’t always give you good details on quality.

I have been going to SK for 33 years and have stayed at better and worse places. Still the best beach ever.

Always a great experience at House of the Sun - right on the beach - friendly staff - units are clean and well kept - enjoyed it immensely.

Loud- kids running in the halls until 2-3 am - large groups not staying at condo with guests of condo.

We love and only stay at House of the Sun. The unit we stayed in this time was not our favorite but it was clean and had everything we needed. The front desk staff is always friendly and accommodating. Pool is nice and the beach is beautiful.

We have been coming to siesta key for over 20 years now. My wife and her parents have been coming since she was a child. They have always stayed at the house of the sun and we just love it there. The rooms were clean and the location is just perfect! Thank you for another great year!

House of the Sun is in a perfect location on the most beautiful beach! The pool and tennis courts are a nice addition to have on your vacation. The condos are all spacious!

I will not comment on decor, as we knew what the condo looked like before renting. The condo was clean and had all the necessary appointments needed for a wonderful beach vacation! We had our two teenage boys with us, and found the condo to be conveniently located to everything. The beach is large and less crowded than other properties. We appreciated the security and size of the building. We enjoyed the spacious deck on the 5th floor for sunset viewing and even took in a game of family ping pong in the room by the pool. It was nice having 2 chairs available to us on the beach, but follow the rules if you need some extra (LOL). The chair guy takes his job seriously. Thank you again for one of the best beach vacations we have ever taken!

Everything was good except there was a dog in one condo I thought there were no pets allowed and the master bedroom needs a more firm mattress

The condo had all the necessities and was very clean. Comes with extra beach chairs and plenty of cookware etc. Only con was no smart tvs and they were very small. The other con is the view of the ocean is basically non existent which I was disappointed with. Would come back for sure though!

From check in to check out e loved our experience. The office was great, responsive to our every need. Our unit was clean and comfortable. We loved the beach access and beach chairs. This place is perfect for sunset lovers. We loved it and plan to return.

While it was nice, I find it difficult when you have 2 couples travelling in different cars from different areas and only one parking space, to charge and additional 140.00 for the week to park a second car is a bit much. Also we rented mopeds for a 24 hour period and told we were not permitted to park them on property!

Condo owners should consider comfort as well as aesthetics and update furniture in units. No technological features. WiFi was spotty- not ideal if working from there. Lanai furniture was old and looked dirty. Love the location and the overall property is clean and neat. Location is key to returning year over year.

We love the House of the Sun. Our room was clean, but decor is outdated. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Overall, great stay for our family.

We would give a 5 (very satisfied) for all the things listed. The weather was great. Also there are a lot of good restaurants near by.

Very convenient location to restaurants, shopping and bars. My family has stayed in this unit many times and has always been very satisfied. The units furnishings are very homey, the bathrooms are updated and the beds were very comfortable. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The unit was great! The property is great and has great amenities. Very convenient location in Crescent Beach. Will definitely book again!

Very nicely decorated unit, but the beds gave us really bad back-aches.
