Beautiful room and accommodations! Siesta Key is breathtaking!

Every time we stay at HoS it could not be nicer (even the weather!). Really, we have no coomplaints.

While our condo was fairly well maintained, it was really just the bare minimum of amenities. The drawers in the vanity in the king bedroom were all broken. The washer needed to be cleaned as it had a smell and left black marks on all of our clothes. Also the bed linens and bath linens need to be replaced - the sheets and towels were very worn. Overall though, the place was clean but in general, the property is pretty tired and needs some updating. One other thing of note was there were either kids or teenagers who would run up and down the hallways late at night - between 10pm and 1am.

My family and I had a very nice stay,we love the location to the beach and to the restaurants. All in walking distance. We were here last year and probably will be here next year also. The office staff are the best ,very accommodating.

We loved the location with beach lounge chairs and towels. The unit was clean and had most of the needed items for cooking. One suggestion would be a little guest packet of a few coffee filters, basic spices and dish washing liquid. Detergent was supplied for the dishwasher. The room with the king bed was nice, the one with 2 twins one bed was not comfortable and the TV was not able to get cable. The staff was very helpful when the toaster was not working

Once again, overall condition of unit was average, at best.
1. Entire unit needs updating.
2. Outdoor furniture is pathetic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At HOS. The location is terrific. The staff always friendly and helpful. And the special touch was the sunset cocktail hour on the sun deck. So many of the guests have been repeats for years and so friendly.

All of our stay was 5 star. The only thing of concern was the mattresses are probably due to be replaced. Other than that we had an outstanding experience.

We stayed in apartment 309, it’s very spacious and comfortable. The apartment was clean and kitchen equipped with anything you would need. Will be back.

Much too expensive!! Unit not worth what we paid!!

Have stayed here several years. The red tide was the biggest problem. While the throat tickle and coughing may not have possible to fix, the beach cleanup should have been a priority. Dead fish strewn about was disgusting to see and walk past while trying to enjoy a beach walk. May have cut down on the respiratory irritation if at all possible. BIG RENTAL PRICE INCREASE!

Front Desk gal was not particularly professional. When asked for two more drink glasses for our unit, we were told she would have housekeeping check to see if they were needed!!

This was my second time at the property and this experience was completely different on the negtive side.This unit is not updated.The quality and quantity of the linen, the pillows and the kitchen was very cheap and uncoordinated. Not even extra pillow cases.And the ocean view was obstructed!

Our experience was excellent. Our condo was very nice and clean. The location is ideal as there are many good restaurants nearby.

This is a very nice unit. Spacious and clean. Nice appliances and bathrooms. Right on the beach and close to great restaurants. We would stay here again! The only thing I would like better would be a bigger table. We had family in other units that had tables with room for 6 or 8 which would be nice for family meal.

We've been enjoying HOS for over 20 years and have never been disappointed!

It was nice, I love the updated unit! But... the floor was so dirty that our feet were black on the bottom the whole trip, it was never mopped.

We are very happy with our unit, it’s updated, clean and had everything we can possible think about. From extra pillows and blankets to wine opener or ice cream scoop. Very complete!
