FantasticHouse of The Sun #402 is a beautiful condo. Tastefully decorated. Many amenities are provided. Newer appliances. Very comfortable. A bargain for what is provided, in my mind. You can't ask for much more. My family had a great time. The beach is as beautiful as advertised. The pool is a great alternative to the beach if needed. The grounds are clean and well kept. The sunsets are amazing. Good food & drinks are within walking distance. Unit # 402 is an excellent place to spend a vacation. We'll be back. June 25, 2020

The condo was beautiful, clean, fresh and well decorated! Many supplies, easy to find, very welcoming. The showers were wonderful! No one wanted to go home!

I stayed in a dream come true condo. It was right on the ocean with a view to knock your socks off. Be able to leave the sliding doors open (because the lanai was screened in) was heavenly, being able to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Our best experiences were the sundeck and watching the sunset, the beautiful beach, and this very clean and comfortable condo. We would rent again next year!

Thank you so much for letting us get away here before the craziness of the next few weeks leading up to our wedding. The weather is incredible this time of year with the humidity mostly gone and the water refreshing. We had dinner at Ophelia's and had a blast stand up paddle boarding well past "Point of Rocks" and down to the public beach. Looking forward to the next time we can get down.

What a beautiful place this is! We were able to relax into the Siesta Key vibe and thoroughly enjoy it all. The beach is truly incredible and we made the very most of it, even walking back from the Siesta Key Village after a great meal. You have done a wonderful job decorating each room with warmth and beach fun. This place has a real feel of "just relax and enjoy."Thank you for sharing this with us. The House of the Sun is a gem.

This beautiful condo is well-appointed and well situated on the quiet end of the key. Everything you need is within walking distance or just a free trolley ride away; restaurants, shopping, groceries and ice cream right across the street! The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. I can't wait to come back!!

We loved our stay at your unit in The House of the Sun, which lived up to its name yet again! I have been visiting Siesta key for all of my life growing up on family trips. Now, I come to visit with my wife and experience the island from a whole different perspective.The beaches and views are amazing, the nightlife active (and accessible with all those new taxi services that have popped up in recent years!), and every day is a dream regardless of whether we are relaxing on the beach, going on an excursion, or charter fishing trip from one of the local marinas, or exploring the keys.Looking forward to many more years of Florida adventures!

We had an amazing time at House of the Sun! It's right on the beach, and only a short walk to the downtown area with restaurants -- there's even a little shuttle that will take you there if you don't want to walk the short distance, which would be great for kids or older folks (or anyone!). Condo 402 itself was sunny and clean, and our favorite part was definitely watching the gorgeous sunsets every night!

We recently stayed at House of the Sun Unit 402. It is in a great location, across the street from many convenient markets, shops and eateries. This particular unit is tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. New washer and dryer in unit was very convenient. As an “older” lady who needs reading glasses I really appreciated the lighted magnifying make-up mirror, just one of the little comforts that made it feel like home. There is a partial gulf view from the lovely balcony. The condo had everything we needed. Don’t hesitate to book this lovely unit!

We had a wonderful time. We have beautiful tans.
From this unit, you can watch the entertainment across the street without being there!! We did fill out the form when we left for the owner. Not sure where that went. We stayed in spare room. Maybe new mattresses at least on the bigger bed and new extension cords on both side that include charging for phones. Our biggest problem is that TV's all work differently so a printed instruction for each room would avoid the desk coming to help.

Had a great time. Everything was great (not much ocean view from condo but the roof was amazing and nice to sit and watch the sunset.

Took a 10 day trip to the beach and stayed in House of the Sun on Siesta Key. Great beach location. What else do you need other than beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, right? The beach chairs were reliable. However, for 3 of the days there were NO beach towels for any of the guests because, and I quote, the towels were all dirty and no one had remembered to wash them! Beach umbrellas were for rent for $20 per day (I will say that the umbrella rental company was great to work with). I talked to various people staying at other places on crescent beach about their respect service levels and took down the names of the buildings that had good service for our next trip

We stayed in 402GS. This unit has been remodeled and is decorated so nice. This visit was our 3rd year here. House of the Sun staff is very nice and helpful if you need anything. They really keep the property clean and maintained. The location is right on the beach & close to restaurants. Although 402GS was not available yet for next year, we made sure we booked another condo for next year because we love this property!

I just love Siesta Key. There is so much to do in the area or you can just relax on the beach or in the pool. House of the Sun provides lounge chairs for your use on their private beach, and if you don't want to bring an umbrella for shade, you can simply rent one for the day or week from the efficient vendor right on the property.
Washers and dryers are included in the units which are nice to have for washing out a few things before your trip home or after a day on the beach.

We have been vacationing in Siesta Key for about 8 years and have been staying at the House of Sun for 6 of those years. The unit I stayed in this year I also stayed in last year. We love the House of the Sun and we always feel safe and have everything we need. I can't say enough about how much we love it at the House of Sun and Siesta Key. It is our happy place!

The vents may need to be cleaned as the appliance took an excessive amount of time to dry clothes.Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay!

House of the Sun and this rental were perfect for our vacation. Location was great and the resort was well run.

Very nice condo .Clean ! We really enjoyed our stay. The House of the Sun is great property. Location is good. The staff is very nice .This is our 2nd stay at this properly. And we do plan on returning. But I do have to say. The master bedroom is noisy. The music across the street is loud . Even though it stops at 10. The crowd is still partying. And they don't stop at 10. The bedroom window needs a blackout window shade.Street lights are very bright . It lights up the room like daylight.

Amazing place. The only thing I would have to say is that there was construction on the 5th floor and it got noisy after 10am.

Perfect location as you can walk across to several places to eat, drink and shop. Most other condos on the beach you would have to take the trolley or frog hop. Make sure to ask if your condo has beach chairs, you only get 2 lounge chairs per condo at the beach!

The condo had very bad odor that we reported and maintenance came and sprayed the AC coil off it didn't help. The VT in the master bedroom and living room didn't work the first couple days until maintenance came and repair and replaced them. Went to through some stakes on the grill and there were three people waiting and only one grill and several burners not working in that one. Never grilled that week. I understand the new chair policy however we had to buy chair while there were at least 30 chairs stacked up by the pool.

Hard to go wrong with this property right on Siesta Key. We had a minor issue with the laundry which was solved within the hour of bringing it to the mgmt company's attention. The worst thing was the english lady who ran the beach chairs. She lectured us when the beach was empty about taking more than two chairs. It was a bit of a weird thing, she appeared to leave everyone else who did the same alone.

The condo was very clean, not just room 402, but the whole complex. Will be back again for more visits. The only thing that was missing was a radio in the condo. Would have been nice to listen to a little music in the morning over coffee, but that is pretty petty. Don't let that stop you from renting. You won't be disappointed

Condo was clean and updated. It’s a good value as a rental in a vacation paradise location. There was beach, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Because of great proximity to restaurant/bars noise of music at night may be a factor for some who sleep lightly. I would still stay here again if the price was in line with the overall good value. Beautiful beach awaits you!

Our rental was one of the best, if not the best that we stayed at. The rental was in impeccable condition. It had everything that you needed to make your vacation even more relaxing. We are returning for n even longer stay. I would highly recommend you stay here

Absolutely love seista key beach! This was our first time in a condo and we loved everything about the condo and the area that we were in, my least favorite was the pool area... the pool was really small and not a very big area for chairs, but when you have the beautiful beach to be on I had no complaints. We very much enjoy our stay in 402 and would highly recommend staying at The House of The Sun very clean and well kept property!!

Condo was beautiful and in the best location to be just outside of the crazy traffic issues. Beach was inviting and not very crowded. Had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Security was a nice added touch. Only vacationers had access to the elevator,pool, and beach from the property.

Location is great! But Rude people, dont plan on staying here or you will have people complain about any little thing! Most people that normally stay there are really great people but some should just stay home!

The most beautiful and cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in. We however were upset that the condo was so close to bars across the street that are extremely loud. The music does stop around 10pm, however if you are a light sleeper, find a condo room closer to the ocean.

We had a wonderful time on vacation. The condo was well stocked and very cute! We would love to stay again! This condo wasn’t available for next year but we did snag the only condo open at the time to ensure we had a place to stay next year when we vacation again!
