Prefer the beach? It’s right on the property, past the tennis court. Shore birds scurry before you or soar overhead while you walk along the beach, letting warm waves lap your ankles. Grab a lounge-chair in our private beach area, or let the breeze caress you under the shade of our newly renovated cabana. We have several faucets conveniently located to assist you in leaving the sand outside!

Tennis, anyone? Our private court is located right next to our private beach, so fresh saltwater air will make for a memorable match. Perhaps a barbecue? Grills, tables and chairs await you on a deck with night lighting. A gazebo offers a lovely shaded spot to sit and relax. You can get a bit of exercise with a quick game of ping-pong in our recreation room.

Wait until you see our two large sundecks, on the fourth and fifth floors which offer a great place to take in the breeze and the view, with plenty of room to gather with your friends – or hang out alone. An expansive view of the sunset makes it perfect for a relaxing sun-downer to ease into the evening.

Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, so you’ll find many security features throughout the facilities. Entry is by keyed access only. Security phones are conveniently located near the two elevators; stairwells and hallways are well lighted, and most of the parking is in assigned, covered parking areas.
