House of the Sun has over 50 individually-owned units in our rental program. All have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the same basic floor plan. Staggered balconies adjacent to the living room give each unit a view of the Gulf of Mexico.
Fully equipped kitchens have breakfast bars opening to a spacious dining-living area. The master bedroom boasts two  double closets and a low-step entry shower in the master bath. The guest bedroom with a roomy double closet has a second bath across the hallway.
Linens are provided upon check-in; guests staying longer than two weeks receive weekly maid and linen service. All units are equipped with a washer and dryer.
Three rental price tiers are determined by closeness to the beach during the four rental seasons. Availability and rates can be checked on this Website, or by calling our office for information and assistance in making your reservation. Minimum stay is generally one week; depending upon availability, a 3-night minimum stay may be arranged within 30 days of your arrival.
